Staff System — Phase 2
Attendance, tasks with live-photo proof, salary engine, scoring and discipline — one record feeds salary, score and discipline. Records sync to TopFunnel (pipeline: TCS Master — Staff Records); anything not yet synced stays on this device and shows as pending.

While a staff member is clocked in and the app is open, it records a location ping about every 5 minutes. Arriving inside the institute geofence saves a presence record; leaving is noted in the timeline only — it never changes attendance (roaming work like deliveries is still duty). Live locations are visible to the owner and manager only.
